Cresce a nível mundial a preocupação do empresário em relação ao meio ambiente natural. Há uma conscientização em marcha para preservar a natureza. A harmonização entre o fenômeno patrimonial e o fenômeno ambiental natural já é preocupação dos estudiosos e isto se faz necessário para que haja o desenvolvimento sustentável.
